My incoming flight from the US was delayed and American Airlines couldn’t book us on a connecting flight out of London until the following day so I was forced to stay in London for the night and missed my reservation. More Show less I have called and filed a customer relations complaint on this matter - have yet to hear from someone from this department (going on 7 days+ still waiting for a response.) This hotel absolutly ruined our trip, and will ruin yours too. The hotel hires an outside 3rd party cleaning company and male receptionist/manager claims he does not know who is going in out of the rooms. Offered no help what so ever nor cared that someone from his hotel that they hired stole from us and sold our item to a pawn shop. Want us to simply claim the stolen item on our insurance. The older male receptionist (older, heavy set, light complected, male) was not helpful to provide information on who cleaned our room or provide any corporate numbers/information when asked. $270 loss at our expense for staying here. (OCTOBER 2023 - 1 week ago) The AirPods were never able to be retrieved. My wife’s apple pro pods were stolen from her bag in our room & sold to a pawn shop during our stay.
